Single-family villa with private garden and pool, developed through a careful compositional research that combines sharp volumes, sculptural sloped roofs and a material dialogue between light plasterwork, exposed natural stone and wooden details. The alternation of smooth surfaces and stone textures defines the architectural identity of the project.
The villa integrates high-efficiency systems including a rooftop photovoltaic plant, aimed at improving the building's performance and reducing its environmental impact. Generous glazing and wooden pergolas foster the dialogue between interior and exterior, extending the living spaces toward the garden.
Particular attention was devoted to the landscape design and outdoor areas, conceived as places of conviviality and well-being. The pool, the central element of the outdoor space, is designed in continuity with the villa's architecture and contributes to the overall quality of the open space, complemented by furnished lounge areas and a selection of ornamental species.
