Single-family villa with private garden, developed through a careful compositional research based on the interlocking of pure volumes and the cantilevering of the upper bodies, which generate a strong plastic dynamism. The material dialogue between light cladding, vertical wood slats, natural stone and corten steel details defines the architectural identity of the project, enhanced by red colour accents that emphasize its distinctive elements.
The villa is organized over several levels and features generous terraces, deep loggias and large glazed surfaces that foster the dialogue between interior and exterior, extending the living spaces toward the garden. High-efficiency building systems and an integrated lighting system ensure indoor comfort and enhance the architecture in the evening hours.
Particular attention was devoted to the landscape design and outdoor areas, conceived as places of well-being and conviviality, enhanced by a selection of ornamental species and Japanese maples that establish a refined dialogue between architecture and nature.
