RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Residential building project developed through a careful formal research combining pure volumes and sharp geometries, enhanced by a material dialogue between light plasterwork, dark metal cladding, exposed stone and natural wood details.
The building is characterized by sculptural openings and projecting bow-windows that animate the façades, while the gabled roof reinterprets the language of traditional architecture in a contemporary key. A panoramic terrace on the upper level extends the living areas, integrating high-efficiency solutions designed to reduce the environmental impact.
Particular attention was devoted to the outdoor spaces, enriched by natural stone paving, wooden decking and vertical green inserts that establish a constant dialogue between architecture and nature.
