PENTHOUSE AND UPPER PENTHOUSE

Interior design project for a penthouse and upper penthouse developed through a careful research that balances minimalist rigour and material warmth, enhanced by a neutral palette of natural woods, sand-toned plasters and dark wood finishes. The spaces are conceived as fluid and bright environments, marked by full-height glazing that frames the landscape and amplifies the perception of the double-height volume.
Full-wall boiserie, integrated bookcases and custom-made furniture define a tailored design language, complemented by a technical lighting system with ceiling tracks and concealed LED profiles that modulate the atmosphere of the different spaces. Particular attention was devoted to the living area and kitchen, conceived as functional and inviting environments, where the choice of tactile materials and essential details helps to define a contemporary and refined aesthetic.
Connecting the two levels, a sculptural spiral staircase in a mustard tone stands as the iconic and defining element of the entire project, acting as the true visual focal point of the space.
