Multifunctional Urban Planning Project

Urban master plan proposal aimed at the development of a new integrated district, including residential, tertiary, and commercial buildings, as well as a sports hall serving the community. The overall layout also includes a hospitality facility, helping to strengthen the multifunctional character of the intervention.
The project places particular emphasis on the quality of open spaces, providing large equipped green areas, play areas, and spaces designed for social interaction, promoting a balance between the built environment, landscape, and urban life.
