Single-Family Villa with Swimming Pool

Architectural design and construction management of a single-family villa in the Milan area, featuring a private garden and swimming pool. The project was developed through careful material research and an advanced technological approach that guided the building systems and typological choices of the entire structure.
The villa integrates high energy-efficiency systems, including a photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system, with the aim of improving the building’s performance and reducing its environmental impact.
Particular attention was devoted to the design of the landscape and outdoor spaces, conceived as areas for social interaction and well-being. The swimming pool, a central element of the outdoor area, is designed in continuity with the villa’s architecture, contributing to the overall quality of the open space.
