Single-Family Villa

The intervention involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building, with the aim of rationalizing the spaces and improving the usability of the various environments. From the original residential unit, three new dwellings are created: two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor, the latter configured as an extension of the original volume.
The external material palette combines natural stone, exposed brickwork, and mineral-based plaster, maintaining continuity with the character of the existing building. The outdoor spaces are rethought through a new design of pathways, paving, and green areas, ensuring coherence with the transformations introduced by the architectural project.
