INDUSTRIAL OFFICE BUILDING

Project for a new industrial office building, adjacent to the existing production facility, developed through a careful compositional research that combines sharp volumes with strong visual impact. The material dialogue between large mirrored glazed surfaces, vertical wood slats and metal cladding defines the architectural identity of the project, in continuity with the industrial language of the context.
The building is organized over several levels and features a panoramic rooftop terrace, enhanced by a tensile fabric structure that qualifies the outdoor spaces and offers a relaxation and social area for staff. Generous continuous glazing ensures natural lighting for the work areas, while the cantilevered glazed volume accentuates the relationship between floors and creates a visual focal point for the entire complex.
Particular attention was devoted to the relationship between the new office building and the adjacent production facility, ensuring functional continuity and a coherent architectural connection between the different areas of the settlement, alongside a landscaped treatment of the outdoor spaces with pedestrian pathways and mitigating tree planting.
