Residential Buildings

Architectural design and construction management for two multi-storey residential buildings set within a large park. The buildings are organized over three above-ground levels, a basement level dedicated to garages, and an attic floor. The spatial organization prioritizes clear layouts and a strong relationship with the surrounding natural context.
The apartments are mainly developed on a single level, with the exception of duplex units located between the third floor and the attic, designed to offer greater space and flexibility of use. The residential units, differentiated by size and layout, all enjoy a privileged relationship with the greenery through perimeter terraces that expand the perception of space and enhance views over the park.
