Residential Building

The completed intervention concerns a multi-family residential building composed of three above-ground levels and a basement level dedicated to garages and storage rooms. The building is designed to ensure a functional distribution of spaces and a balanced relationship among the different residential units.
The project is organized into three residential blocks that collectively accommodate twelve apartments of varying sizes, designed to meet diverse housing needs. The blocks are connected by two open stair cores, which ensure clear and convenient circulation and contribute to visual permeability and the overall quality of the shared spaces.
