Multifunctional Center

The project involves the construction of a new multifunctional center, conceived to provide the municipality with a landmark space dedicated to young people and collective activities. The complex consists of two adjoining volumes, with a maximum height of two above-ground levels, intended for sports facilities and a congress center including a conference hall and offices, establishing itself as a meeting point for local associations and organizations.
The load-bearing structure is composed of a system of reinforced concrete beams and columns, to which a metal framework is anchored to support the façade cladding in terracotta tiles, defining a compact and material architectural image. Interior finishes vary according to the functional requirements of the different spaces, ensuring comfort and versatility of use.
Particular attention was also given to the design of the outdoor areas, conceived as an equipped park in continuity with the interior spaces, intended to host play, leisure, and social activities, reinforcing the role of the center as a new community hub.
