Industrial Building and Offices

Architectural design for an industrial building dedicated to the production of lighting fixtures, accompanied by an office block housing executive and management functions. The entire complex is conceived to ensure operational efficiency, clear spatial organization, and a coordinated image between the production and administrative areas.
The office volume is developed over three above-ground levels organized as large open-plan spaces, designed to promote flexibility in the working environments, while the basement level accommodates ancillary rooms and support spaces for the main functions.
The intervention also includes the external arrangement of the entire site, with new planting, carefully designed circulation paths, and a dedicated lighting design project aimed at integrating landscape, safety and perceptual quality.
