Residential Building

Characterized by a balanced volumetric articulation and a restrained material language, the building is developed over multiple levels with a layout that alternates warm-toned plastered surfaces with areas clad in stone material, defining a dynamic and recognizable façade.
The large terraces and recessed loggias add depth to the elevation and provide the apartments with private outdoor spaces conceived as a natural extension of the living areas.
