Residential Building

The intervention, carried out in 2012, concerns the construction of a multi-family residential building developed over four above-ground levels, with a basement level housing garages and storage rooms.
The apartments, characterized by generous floor areas, are partly arranged over multiple levels thanks to internal staircases within the units, while the two ground-floor apartments benefit from large private gardens.
The entire project is conceived with harmony and particular attention to the predominantly residential context, from the selection of materials and colors to the chosen construction typologies.
