The project, carried out in 2012, concerns the construction of a multi-family residential building developed over four above-ground levels, with a basement level dedicated to garages and storage rooms. The architectural layout is conceived to integrate harmoniously into the surrounding residential context, enhancing spatial quality and living comfort.
The apartments, characterized by generous floor areas, are partly arranged over multiple levels thanks to the presence of internal staircases that enhance functionality and spatial continuity. The two ground-floor units also feature large private gardens, creating a direct and privileged relationship with the outdoors.
Great attention was devoted to the selection of materials, color schemes, and construction typologies, with the aim of achieving a coherent and harmonious image, capable of engaging in dialogue with the urban fabric and offering a high level of architectural quality.
